Personal Hire - you will require:

Passport

Drivers Licence

Your National Insurance number

2 x Utility bills - Gas bill, Bank statement, etc

These bills MUST be no older than 3 months

Your ID will be checked via the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) before any booking.

IMPORTANT: ALL PRICES SHOWN ARE EXCLUSIVE OF VAT

THEREFORE 20% WILL BE ADDED TO ALL PRICES

ALL HIRES MUST BE COVERED BY INSURANCE - WE CAN COVER THE EQUIPMENT FROM AN ADDITIONAL 10%

We offer a full delivery and collection service on most occasions If we know your postal address we can quickly give you a price. Some equipment we are unable to deliver. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Where ever possible we will try and offer discount to charities - the percentage will depend upon the kit required and the availability. All discounts can only be given to the charity itself via a direct invoice. We cannot odder discount if your project is for a charity. Please do ask us.

Either email us or call us to make a booking. You can make a booking request online. Simply go to the contact page and let us know what kit you require and what dates. We will reply with availability and prices. If you are happy to go ahead, we will send you a booking form to complete and email back to us. Once all checked, we will confirm your booking via email.

Your equipment must be insured either by you or us. If you are insuring the equipment then we must have a copy of the insurance cover. If you require us to insure the equipment it is 10% of the total hire charge. There is an excess of £250 for any claim be that loss or damage.
